Secondly, the WA-MPX allows for engaging high gain control, boosting clean gain from 70 dB to 90 dB for low-output microphones and low-volume sources. The 48V phantom power ensures compatibility with a wide range of microphones. In addition, the VU meter provides level indication, allowing you to monitor your signal easily. The preamp's design includes a durable aluminum faceplate and vintage Bakelite-style knobs, offering both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
